As the designer of Lacuna (luh-KOO-nuh) Décor I am also a firm believer in the powerful impact of mindfulness. The more mindful I become, the less I wonder if Animal from the Muppets has invaded my head. I become more relaxed, I breathe deeper, and my mind decides to banish all senseless drama and worry.
Stillness, for me, is like a little piece of heaven, or chocolate raspberry cheesecake, same thing, really. Too bad it’s not quite as permanent as cheesecake.
